soccer Luna will be going over to Germany with her dad and uncle to see the World Cup semi-finals and finals.
She won't be here for 2 weeks, 3 weeks from now.
School break's in 3 weeks. So yeah - she won't be here during the school holidays.
WHICH MEANS.....
Oh God, I really don't know what it means, but it doesn't look too awesome. We have to record everything all over again and I really am not sure what we'll be doing with the Special Guest segment, that's really the only thing which is kinda worrying us because we're not sure if we should ask the same person again or we should talk to somebody else. I don't want to ask somebody else because well... That other person was meant to be on and that's just not fair because it's not their fault (nor ours, really) that those files were deleted.
Then again, I'm kinda... Scared to ask the same person again because last time we really put him through a lot and it took 3 hours to record.

The insanity MUST stop *silent screams*.
No idea why these stupid things keep happening grrrr I swear it's not on like purpose or anything, why would we keep delaying the show like this if we knew it would give us a bad rep.? Really, I have no idea. No idea at all.

L's computer crash
Hi.
Luna's computer crashed yesterday morning. I didn't go to school today so I don't know if she took it into our techie art teacher to fix. She called me from school though but she hang up before I could ask.
Alright, so here's how it goes: She'll be coming over instead and we'll record and stuff here at my place. We gotta get all the recording done today, no exceptions. If there's something we won't get time to do, then we'll just leave that for another show. It doesn't matter, so long as we get something out by this weekend.
The problem is that my dad gets back from his business trip 6AM tomorrow morning. He needs the computer/printer/fax/telephone/internet/etc. available to him 24/7 so he can get his work done and keep the business and all running smoothly. Emergencies pop up all the time and mom has to get off the phone or I have to get off the PC, even it's h/w or whatever.
There's absolutely no problem with this except that Luna's computer is like dead so we can't record or edit at her place tomorrow.

Hi,
I'm really sorry guys to bring this news but we really need the extention for editing. We haven't completely finished recording. We would've finished on Sunday but Luna went out of state and it was her brother's birthday. So yeah, but she was over here today and we managed to get a lot of work done, actually. We recorded promos and edited theme music and stuff so yeah, all those little iddy biddy parts of the show that make it that much more interesting have been taken care of I guess you could say!
But you see what happened is that the special guest segment, unbelievably, runs for over 50 minutes (because our guest ws just so interesting lol *wink wink*). And the file is 47.9MB. I do the editing myself because Luna isn't too familiar with such programs and stuff and I couldn't fit that segment on my USB, the file was way too large and I had other stuff on there I couldn't take off. So on Saturday, when it was saving on her USB so I could take it home, there was still 3 minutes left of saving time (took over 15min) and my mom had already been waiting in the car for 10 minutes so I had to leave before she lost her temper and went off at me. Because Luna moved houses and I hadn't given my mom the new telephone number so she was ringing on the old one and got worried when there was no answer and what-not. I told Luna to drop off the USB at my house tomorrow, around lunch time. She didn't show up and when I called nobody picked up the phone. Today at school when I saw her and asked her about what happened she said 1 hour after I left her house on Saturday night, her dad came back from work and told them they were going to Canberra!!!!!! (Out of state). I guess she would've been busy anyway with her brother's birthday party and all. It would've been to noisey to record anything, forget about editing!
But so yeah, if we had Sunday, we could've released today. But because of that like really sudden short "vacation", we've had to post-pone it a little so we can finish editing.
The software problem? Oh joy! I edited the Kwestion of the Week (yes, that's how it's spelt now!
) segment, took forever, but the stupid program made beeping sounds at all the parts where it had been cut and the sound lasted for at least 5-7sec before going back to normal. You can't hear anything, it's just like a vinyl record that's hooked or something.
Anyway. We're really very sorry for this. We both have a history exam this week and a geography project due as well as our geography books totally complete in mint condition heh and I also have a Power Point Presentation to do (KKK) and 2 English essays on the Dead Poets Society. Yes, I know, not maybe very good reasons.
But you see, that's why we've cancelled our trip to the movies and mall on Wednesday after school. We were planning to go see The Da Vinci Code, but we figured that we could always watch that later seeing as we had other committments. And by other, I mean THLS. We wanna do this, we're sacrificing a lot of time, we script it at school and straight from there one of us goes to the other's place and we start recording and editing and everything, we also try to study together and yeah... It's a very fun experience though, and neither of us want to give it up. We're going to continue with it, and by the end of this week, we would've finished all recording and editing completely.
But then on Sat/Sun we have to record episode #2. I think that will also be recorded throughtout the week and released on the weekend because we can't record on weekends. Well, Luna can't anyway. She has extra coaching tutoring stuff and yeah. But this Sunday after coaching, we're gonna meet in the suburb where Lujah actually lives/works lol there's a free food festival and yah, Luna's really interested in going. But we can't record after that because one of her friend's having a birthday party so yeah.
But seeing as we got like all the promos and stuff out of the way, that means that next episode it'll take us like even less than half the time to met our deadline. Because..
Anyhoo. Yeah. So we're gonna deliver the goods a little late, but they won't be spoilt, don't worry
And plus, that gives you guys more time to send your promos and what-not in to us...!

- I won't have to edit kweotw TWICE
- I won't have to edit over 50min of talk with the special guest lol

Technical difficulties?
There's something wrong with our software. For some reason it's screwing up on both of our computers. It's kinda working, we had to like record the special guest segment 3-4 times over, it took 3 hours. Anyway. So now it's just like a real damned pain to edit at this rate. It'll be finished hopefully by Monday, I'm spending a lot of time on this... Adobe Audition is FABULOUS. I love all Adobe creations. The sound quality is superb, absolutely unbeatable.
So. If you guys still want to "advertize" anything on the show, we're still editing and recording so feel free to send them in anytime in the next 48 hours.

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hey,
Recording is going to be tomorrow. So. If anybody has a podcast they wish to advertise, we're accepting promo trades, banner trades, etc. Just a sort of affiliation exchange program, more information about this will be in detail on the upcoming website.
However, if you want to be advertised on our very first show, then please send in your promo recordings to us no later than 2:00PM AEST May 27th 2006 (tomorrow... well, technically today because it's 1:10AM).

Luna's grandfather went into a coma after her grandmother's death.
BUT...
Her mom is back from overseas and even though we have a lot of school work to do these days with at least 1 exam each week and with the parent-teacher conferences coming up as well as subject selection (timetable difficulties) for our senior years, we will still record THLS next week!
Yes that's right, NEXT WEEK!! Next weekend, THLS will launch it's very first episode.
I'd like to thank all of you guys for being so extremely patient, I know I let you guys down, I know I made a promise, I know I was being a bitch and whinny, and I'm gonna try and make it up to you guys.

You know even though the computer's only temporarily fixed, I can still go on with the show but the problem is that Jakob's computer is down (otacon120
so that means I'm waiting for him now as opposed to before but yeah.
*Sigh* I tried to record a podcast for today, updating you about all that's happening, but sadly both microphones are going wacky on me. Or maybe it's just the program because the volume is really and terribly low. Also, I'm still waiting to recieve an e-mail from Mikel. I e-mailed Jakob the blueprints for the website today, I forgot to last time ... Got carried away heh.
Newsflash: HALLE FALLS VICTIM TO NOMAND'S PREACHING

Sadly, this tragic realization only took place moments ago. While Halle was answering The Question of the Week, little did she know in her sub-concious mind that her blog would be visited. And thus, Nomad discovers Halle's hatred towards her mother and ties it with the delay of The Hallelujah Show.
The announcement was made publicly, live on the WTF Radio Show. Since Halle's computer was down, she only heard the shocking statements from the December 30th 2005 archive today. Devastingly scarring the stereotypical reputation of The Hallelujah Show (THLS), Halle is speechless.
She wishes to lodge a lawsuit against the WTF Radio Show for demeaning the status of her show and interferring with her private family life on air, to a possible global audience. She wishes not to have personal issues concerning THLS on other shows such as the WTF Radio Show, unless quoting from her online audio journal.
The weary teenager feels her mentality is being mocked and her tactics seen as useless. Halle would like Nomand and crew to formally apologize for their immature behaviour, ignorant attitude, unprofessional preaching, and violation of personal rights. At 7:00 PM today, she was heard screaming "NOMAD'S A PREACHER!!!!!!! A PREACHER!!!!" with tears running down her cheeks. Nomand hasn't responded to Halle's accusation yet and the case will be held in the Mindsay Court on February 14th 2006, which happens to be Halle's 15th birthday.
